October 7th changed the nation of Israel. So many citizens and soldiers were traumatized because of the extreme hardship that was forced on to them.
The war that followed caused a massive displacement of civilians. Hundreds of thousands of people, including many families with young children were forced to leave their homes and move to safer places, hosted in hotels and other accommodations far from their homes.
The amount of traumatized civilians and soldiers that are in need of mental support as a result of these events is overwhelming. This warrants a response of preparation to receive, treat and facilitate people in need.
Our mission is to prepare a location that is suitable to facilitate as many people as we can for a short period of time. In this location we will offer them the necessary support and counseling focused on war related trauma.
At the moment we have already started offering help and support to people in need, using our own home as a base of operation.
